RELOCATION MANAGER
What you will do
Full-cycle Relocation Support: Coordinate and manage all aspects of our relocation services
Customer-Focused Service: Provide expert guidance to clients and their employees, ensuring a seamless and
positive relocation experienceLiaising with Clients and Partners: Act as the main point of contact between clients, their employees, and our relocation network, handling all logistical and administrative tasks
End-to-End Process Management: Oversee everything from initial order preparation to invoicing, feedback, and project completion
Deliver Excellence: Ensure the accurate and consistent execution of client services and policies, always aiming to exceed customer expectations
What will you bring to the role
Relocation & Global Mobility Experience: While experience in the relocation or global mobility industry is ideal, we're also looking for a customer-centric professional who is eager to learn
International Mindset: A passion for working in an international environment and interacting with diverse cultures
Knowledge of the Irish Market: Familiarity with the Irish rental market and arrival processes is a plus
Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Self-motivated, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Communication Skills: Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and open to learning new software
