As a globally active, family-owned group, managing and structuring product and market data in the narrow fabrics industry is a complex and exciting challenge. Textile applications focus on the automotive, fashion, industrial, medical, and home textiles sectors. Managing initiatives across the entire product lifecycle of our machines requires solid planning and strong communication.
Your Responsibilities:
You will support the Product Management team as a Junior Product Manager in the further development of our portfolio. You will gradually take responsibility for defined areas and contribute to driving innovation, market alignment, and segment success.
Support the responsible Manager with strategic and operational tasks
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap
Analyze customer needs, competitor products, and technology trends
Prepare documentation, business cases, and presentations
Manage the segment across the full product lifecycle
Coordinate project planning with the R&D team
Manage and consolidate internal ideas for product development
Collaborate closely with R&D, Customer Service, and Sales
Participate in steering committee meetings for project reviews and milestone approvals
Technical background
Additional training in Product Management and/or Business Administration
University degree (University of Applied Sciences / University) is an advantage
Initial experience in product management, sales, or marketing of industrial products or ma-chinery is a plus
Ideally, experience in the textile industry
Willingness to engage technically with our textile machines and to take on an expert role
Enjoy working and communicating with a variety of internal stakeholders as well as subsidi-aries and agents worldwide
Fluent in English; German is an additional asset
Willingness to travel internationally (15–25% per year)
