As an HR Specialist, you will oversee the smooth and effective delivery of administrative and operational HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Serving as a trusted partner to both employees and managers, you will provide reliable, high-quality HR support while helping to foster positive employee experience and strengthen the company’s culture.

Take full responsibility for company-wide HR administration and ensure smooth HR operations
Act as the key point of contact for employees and managers regarding all HR matters
Promote and support a positive company culture and employee engagement
Maintain and manage employee master data and digital personnel files
Prepare employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation
Manage onboarding and offboarding, including for international employees
Support monthly payroll in collaboration with external providers
Oversee time tracking (Zeitabrechnung) and absence management
Handle withholding tax and coordinate social security and insurance matters
Manage registrations and communication with authorities and insurance providers
Support recruitment and employee lifecycle changes (e.g. promotions, salary adjustments)
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives
Coordinate and support employee training and development activities
Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal HR policies
Commercial education or a degree / diploma in HR
Several years of experience in HR administration in Switzerland and internationally
Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems
Experience with HR systems
Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy and reliability
Fluent in German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A structured, reliable and hands-on working style in an international environment
Interest in continuous improvement and HR process optimization
