Analyze and document current ("as-is") processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing
Support design of future-state ("to-be") processes aligned with CRM best practices
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate process workshops
Create process visualizations using tools like Miro, AIIO, or similar
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization
Align business requirements with Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
Contribute to documentation, training materials, and internal communications
Collaborate closely with the Global CRM team and local market representatives
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
Interest in CRM systems, customer experience, and business process design
Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
Enjoy working in international and cross-functional teams
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Self-disciplined, organized, and proactive working style
Ideally, basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Experience in process modeling, optimization, or business analysis is an advantage
