Your Responsibilities

Lead and execute technical and sales activities in the USA and Canada, enhancing product knowledge and driving real-world applications

Support US market growth by building strong relationships with stakeholder and assisting in the development of the US team, with the potential to take on a Team Lead role

Act as a liaison between headquarters in Switzerland and key distributors, accounts, and customers to ensure effective communication and alignment

Organize and lead chef seminars, demonstrations, product training, and ideation sessions for industry professionals, showcasing our product value

Provide technical support and expert advice to help customers optimize products use, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue growth

Deliver impactful presentations internally and externally to highlight the benefits of our company and products

Provide insights and feedback to headquarters to drive innovation and development

Regularly travel within the US region and to headquarters in Switzerland
Your Profile

Passionate about the premium gastronomic world and eager to deepen your expertise while building strong networks within the industry

A trained pastry chef or confectioner with deep technical knowledge in the confectionery and pastry business, and 10+ years of experience in roles like product application, ideation, or training

International experience in customer-facing sales or B2B sales, and a background in team leadership or development, is highly advantageous

Proficient in English; additional language skills in Spanish, French, or German are a plus
